“Does this really scan without being wired? I've come across many printer/scanners that print wirelessly, but not scan. Also, does it require a CD port for set up? My laptop does not have a place to load a cd. Thank you.”

• Yes, it can scan wirelessly with the HP scanning software installed on your computer. It does not require a CD for installation as you download all the software and drivers from the HP support site.
