I have no idea mainly because I've had limited use. It doesn't work. As my last printer purchased at you store. The printer has problems. That Printer was a 3035, I think. If you can look at the many notes that the geek squad has on my constant calling. You'll see the problem I had. At least I have the geek squad. This isn't sarcasm, it's just frustration.
