A:Answer I don't have this printer, but your inquiry about the scanning size of school newspapers is similar to a large project I had recently. I have a HP Photosmart and had to save hundreds
of actual news-clippings my great grandfather collected from the late 1800's to early 1900's. Many were too large for my flat-bed, so I had to solve this by reducing the size and/or
making two copy-runs (for entire newspaper headlines: "WORLD WAR I HAS ENDED", ) etc . I actually used an entire ream of paper, plus a portion of another ream. They came
out very well. The darker ones, I reduced the density several times, and they printed lighter and looked very good. Hope this might help you think of a solution. LOL
