I have never had this problem Paul. I've never received this error even after changing all of my toner cartridges. I've owned this printer for about a year. It's still performing like it did on day 1.

Please try again later.I have had the 8710 for about a month and it has used the original ink cartridges that came with the machine and I don't consider my printing excessive so expect cartridges were not filled totally. It has never stopped to do a realigning or cleaning printhead.
