Yes I replaced the HP I had that had Neat installed I never used the Neat feature and used it mostly for printing pictures of my grandson who was a Professional MX Racer to give to fans and he would autograph. A month or so ago HP said parts no longer available so I replaced it no regrets

Definitely, yes! While the OfficeJet Pro 8710 does not use the same ink cartridges, they have roughly the same size, durability, and the same functions!

Yes, just make sure you've got the space available. It's larger than the 7500 series.
