- Answer Hello. Thanks for your question. There is not another M.2 slot for another solid state drive on this HP Omen laptop. You can upgrade the existing 1 terabyte (TB) solid state drive or use an external solid state drive.

QuestionHow does this laptop do with emulation? Specifically looking at RPCS3 for ps3 games which is very demanding of the processor. Is overheating an issue? How many cores/threads does this processor have?

- Answer It really shouldn't have any problems with that emulation. We haven't heard of any problems with overheating. The processor has 6 performance cores and 4 efficient cores for a total of 10 and 16 threads.

- Answer There really isn't a theoretical limit to the capacity of drive you can install. Right now, it's limited to the capacity of drives being made. I've seen m.2 SSD capacities as high as 8 terabytes.

The battery life of the Omen 16-wd0063dx gaming laptop is indicated as up to 6 hours and 30 minutes, and it suuports battery fast charge: approximately 50% in 30 minutes. Note that mobile settings/demands will affect battery life (screen brightness, use of WiFi, number of active windows, etc.) Yes, this would be a great laptop for use beyond gaming.

- Answer Hello. according to GeForce NVIDIA the RTX 4050 will have the lowest TGP setting at 85W, which is still adjustable up to 115W and can be improved with NVIDIA Dynamic Boost. This GPU reportedly boost up to 2.37 GHz, which is the highest frequency of all Ada Mobile cards.Thank you for being an HP customer!
