• No. This desktop has just one primary partition; drive letter "C". (not including "system", "recovery", & "EFI" partitions) Note that most of "C" is unused, so it would be easy to repartition if you want.

• No computer manufacturer sells their product with that kind of configuration, although you are more than welcome to create it. What you will almost inevitably find is that there is one, major partition for everything, and a small (less than 1GB) partition for reinstalling the original configuration if necessary (e.g., total system failure, or resale).
