How do you change the height? null

Im having an issue lifting and lowering it. The 1st model i bought that was the lower end touch screen was EASY to lower and ruse rhe screen. This one not so much. I mean just grasp the left and right side to do this, That didnt work for me. Aksi why is the part that holds the monitor un place cheap plastic, i hope i put it on base properly as i did NOT hear a click.

Just lift up the monitor.

Thank you for asking. The OmniStudio 27"  All-in-One can be adjusted within a range of 100mm. To change the height of the computer, grasp both sides of the computer and lift or lower to the
appropriate height. The display can also tilt–1° to 16° from the desktop. To tilt the computer, grasp the top and bottom of the computer and adjust to the appropriate tilt.
