• It comes with a 1 year limited manufacturer warranty. Help with Windows 10 you'll have to look up as you need it.

• Good question. This computer comes with a 1 year limited manufacturer's warranty. It does not come with built-in Windows 10 help. You can always research tutorials online for Windows 10. I hope this helps.
