Comes with Windows 10, MS Edge, trial versions of Office 365. There is no security software other than build into Windows. If your existing programs are accessed via the web (it's in the cloud) you will simply open a web session and go from there. Should you only have a product key, you will need to contact the vendor for instructions. Sometime they will allow you to reuse the key on a different machine but expect you'll need to buy a new version. If the software is on a DVD or floppy disk, you'll need a separate disk-drive to read them, along with their product key. It will be iffy for activation as the key was previously active when first loaded.
