• Yes I believed. I am using Zoom for our meetings and never had issues. I have Plantronics headset attached to the computer and it was loud and clear during meetings.

• Yes, it does have a built in microphone. You should contact the HP support team to see if it's a configuration issue or a physical problem with the computer.
