We recommend purchasing Microsoft Office with this computer. There is also a 30 day trial of McAfee LiveSafe. McAfee LiveSafe provides anti-virus protection for computers to help defend against viruses and threats with offline and online protection.

• If I remember correctly it had a trial antivirus installed which I uninstalled. Windows does a fine job now without needing a third party antivirus. If you are asking about Office (Word, Excel, ect.) again it's on there but just a trial. I ended up purchasing Office 365 yearly subscription.
