Easy to use and affordable have not had any issues

Super fast don’t let the price fool you this thing turns on and off very quickly due to the ssd. Just needed something basic for word and internet works like a charm would highly recommend this desktop.

The computer works fine but as usual the window adware try's to ruin it, There is only 256 gigs of storage with the basic package taking up nearly half of that I placed all my personal programs on external storage. Windows does not like that. Windows 11 is junk. Again the upgrade takes away more of the users freedom to chose. You can no longer have a full screen Start Page and half of the smaller start is taken up with recommended apps. The widgets allow you to choose what you want after choosing the media you like it give you the media Microsoft wants you to see. This will be my last windows computer. My 8 YO Dell Win 8 is nearly as fast and does what I want. Also when you customize your folders and apply to subfolders it reverts them back to default. HP 5 MS 1.

Works great for office use. Would highly recommend.

Needed to upgrade home computer as my two year old PC's hardware did not qualify for Windows 11. Pleasantly surprised that the speed of the i3 processor paired with a 256 GB PCIe® SSD drive is out performing my older Window's 10 PC i5 processor with 2.75 inch SSD. 5 Stars based on performance, ease of access hardware for upgrading and a great sale price. 4 Stars due to lack of an internal CD/RW. Fortunately, with a few adjustments I was able to recycle the CD drive from my old small form factor PC. This computer is great. I have bought 3 of them now for our office and I have never had a problem with any of them. They run 6 days a week for 10 hour days. We have multiple systems we use and download tons of documents. I have nothing bad to say about the capabilities of this computer and the price point is perfect. I would recommend this comp for sure.

I bought an identical desktop, set it up, had it for 6 days and kept getting black screens. Contacted Best Buy and they exchanged it for this same model. So far (4 weeks of use) it works well and have not had any black screen issues. Good value for the money just hope the problems with the first unit were just a fluke and will not pop up on this one.

HP can still put out a workhorse of a PC. This is not made for gaming or video editing. However, it serves the purpose of its design.
