Hello and thank you for asking. If you have a Microsoft 365 subscription (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), you can certainly transfer your subscription to the HP Probook 640 G5 refurbished laptop. If you do not, you will need to purchase a new version of Microsoft Office 2024.
