“Hello, can anyone comment on Battery life? Official Info is 8hrs for mixed use and 7hrs 15min for video playback. Can anyone confirm or deny. I would like it to be able to last a workday or a day at college. Thanks in advance”

The HP estimate of 8 hours for mixed usage are about what I am seeing which is 7 to 8 hours for Wi-Fi connected web browsing, email, and office tasks. Video streaming from the internet from a source like Netflix is more like 4 to 5 hours. Not sure what video playback of locally stored video is though the 7 hour estimate doesn't seem unreasonable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I get about 6 hours with moderate video editing with Adobe Premiere, but with the quick recharge of the battery, full charge in an hour, I am not complaining. The new Surface Pro takes over 2 hours to charge.
