QuestionHello, can anyone comment on Battery life? Official Info is 8hrs for mixed use and 7hrs 15min for video playback. Can anyone confirm or deny. I would like it to be able to last a workday or a day at college. Thanks in advance

- Answer The HP estimate of 8 hours for mixed usage are about what I am seeing which is 7 to 8 hours for Wi-Fi connected web browsing, email, and office tasks. Video streaming from the internet from a source like Netflix is more like 4 to 5 hours. Not sure what video playback of locally stored video is though the 7 hour estimate doesn't seem unreasonable.

QuestionDoes the fan supposed to work just on the right hand side portion or throughout the the whole length of top? The reason i ask is because when i get my face close to the fan, i can feel the air blowing only from the right hand side of the top of the tablet

- Answer I've noticed this as well. I would assume that the left side of the top is the air intake (since there are no other vents on the computer) and the right side is where the hot air comes out.

- Answer The tablet portion where the "guts" are contained is a sealed unit. I do not believe there is any way that a user can upgrade the memory or the storage! You might want to check the HP Service Manual which should be available online.

- Answer That depends upon whether Photoshop supports touch and pen use. The computer certainly supports those things. Best Buy offers a 14 day return policy, so why not just buy the computer and install Photoshop on it to test for yourself. Make sure that you get the i7 processor and lots of memory if you plan to use Photoshop, however. Photoshop is a notorious resource hog, so don't skimp...
