How do I get a replacmenet battery for my spectra x360? After 2 months the battery is defective and I only open my laptop once a week. HP tech support is horrible, can't understand what they are saying. I shouldn't have to pay for this! null

HP warrants that the HP Hardware Products that you have purchased or leased from HP are free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the Limited Warranty Period. HP will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective component. Please contact 1-800-HP-Invent for service under your warranty.
