Can the hp zink paper be used for the Polaroid Snap? null

No that photo paper does not work with the sprocket plus printer

I'm not for certain but I don't think it will work

I don’t know anything about the Polaroid Snap, but if it’s the same size photo paper I don’t see why you couldn’t use it. I would ask a sales associate where it’s sold. They should know the answer for sure.
