Q: QuestionDoes the photo paper go bad? It's been a while since I've used my printer so when I went to use it again, it printed out with a bunch of lines on it and the quality is bad.

Note that the paper should have been stored in a dry, dust-free environment, temperature range 68 to 77°F, humidity range 30-70%. • A:Answer 80 degrees shouldn't cause a problem. That's barely above the internal temperature of the printer when it's printing an image.

• A:Answer Unfortunately, no. The smallest paper size that the Envy 6055 will take is 4x6 inches, and the Zink paper is designed specifically for the Sprocket printers

• A:Answer It will likely work. Each Zink paper printer has slight differences in the calibration cards included to optimize print quality when used with that manufacturer's printer.

• A:Answer It's not like a Polaroid camera that spits out a picture right after you take it. It's basically a really small printer. You use an app to print pictures taken by your smartphone.

• A:Answer We didn't have to "hook" anything up. We put the sprocket app on our cel phones and the phones and the sprocket communicated. My android communicated better than my families iphones.
