The Stream definitely has advantages with size and simple, compact nature for data transfer. The Stream could be a good option to consider, especially since you mentioned having an external disk drive already (it is too small and does not have one built in). Storage on this model is a little slim, as it only has 64G (a good chunk, of which, will be used by Windows 10).
