Hello. Thanks for your question. We apologize for the confusion. This Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fa0031dx does not have a customizable keyboard. It has a Full-size, backlit, mica silver keyboard with a numeric keypad. It is a not an RGB customizable keyboard.
