Not sure about the warranty but you can definitely upgrade a second stick, fairly easily too. Only issue with this laptop was prying off the bottom after removing the screws. Windows 11 is preinstalled. Not sure what you mean about upgrading HDD. If you mean upping 512 GB M.2 SSD to a larger one, you can attempt to clone the drive through YouTube videos and google.
