• No, that deal actually ran out a long time ago. They no longer offer Fallout 4 on newer Vives.

• Unfortunately not. That bundle is dealer only. However if you are hesitant at all, it is much easier to get customer service, and/or return it, from Best Buy vs. an Amazon Seller.
