• Is there a laptop--yes. Affordable--not really. Laptops that are VR capable are very expensive, always $1000+

• Some computers on the low end can run it well. The graphics card, processor and memory are the key areas. If you can get a gaming laptop or desktop specifically designed for VR, your good to go!!
