A:AnswerNo, the Vive still requires the computer to run the game. If the game is windows only and will not run on an apple computer then the Vive won't display the game. The Vive is essentially an auxiliary screen with movement tracking and nothing else.
A:AnswerIt MAY take so moving around, the maximum distance that the base stations can be is 16 feet, i would say, choose the wall closest to your pc, and just place stations on the walls that corner to the pc. as long as the 16 foot distance between isn't reached, you will be fine.

A:AnswerBe careful if you buy now, you may end up like myself. I received a unit with a bad controller. HTC wants bestbuy to handle its replacement which they cannot. They offered no replacement and asked me to pay for shipping it to them for "repair" This was defecting out of the box. Look for alternatives and if you insist, wait till it is fully stocked on the shelf. I would not count on HTC to back you up in case something is wrong when they have a such an apparent shortage of supply to vendors and it seems they are rushing products out with no proper testing
A:AnswerBe careful not buy if not fully stocked. HTC would not replace a defective product , they will repair and make you ship at your own expense. Just happened to me , received an online order from bestbuy, with a defective controller out of the box. They say they "Do no replacement any more" Makes you wonder why?
