“In understand it's water proof and if swimming it will be fine to be in water over the 30 min. Will this also keep track of laps or meters? I swim at least an hour plus streamroom, then shower. Also stationary bike will it track that also?”

This does not track laps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.All these questions are answered if you go to the manufactures website. I don't think the watch should be worn-in the shower or a steam Room. This is also mentioned on the online tutorial from the watch manufacturer.The watch should keep track of your laps If you follow the sequence recommended by the manufacturer. I know it will measure heart beat and time not sure what else.
