• The watch has a long strap model and a short strap model. The long strap model fits the following range of wrist sizes: 140–210 mm. The short strap model fits the following range of wrist sizes: 130–210 mm. The band width is 18 mm. (NS)

• 18mm only. Per my pic, some 20mm bands are only 18mm where the pins are (you can see how my metal band is broader past the lugs). But the pin size for a band to fit this watch is 18mm.
