Overall, the calorie calculation is related to your height, gender, weight, and age. Then, the calorie count is calculated based on your activity state and step count information as detected by the sensors on the wearable device. So, when everyone first gets their wearable device, they definitely need to enter accurate personal information, including gender, height, weight, and age. If not, the calculation will be affected and the calorie count will be incorrect. NOTE: The running rhythm when running on a treadmill is not quite the same as that when actually running. Step length is also different when running. This causes the distance calculation to be inaccurate and so the calorie count will also have some discrepancies. (NS)
