- Answer I had this issue when trying to charge with any usb-C to usb-C cable. You can only charge with a usb-C to usb-A cable like the one that comes in the box. If you’re using a usbC to usbC cable, try usbC to usbA

Please note that this product is not compatible with USB-C to USB-C cables as it is only compatible to USB-A to USB-C charging connection only.
