“I charged the Hypervolt GO as the directions said and it is not turning on. What can be the problem?”

• I have the same issue. Once unboxing it , it’s solid green but won’t turn on when it’s unplugged. I’ve contacted support and they aren’t responding

• Keep the power button pressed for more than five seconds. Once the green band light up, press the power button again.

• Once it’s turned on, and the light around the handle is lit up, press the button again quickly once for each speed. It will cycle through three speeds and then zero speed, but still be turned on. So press the button quickly, to change speeds,. Press the button for two seconds or more to turn it on or off.
