FPS usually has to do with your internet, so I would check your plugs and make sure you are getting the right MBPS. I have Cox at 100 MBPS but I’m always at 50 MBPS (Because of where I live) so it causes my Overwatch and League of Legends to drop in FPS. Check your internet first and then check your VGA!
