• It can deffinitly run player unknown battlegrounds at ultra with no problems. Considering h1z1 is older than battlegrounds i see no reason why it cant.

• Yes it can. I play H1Z1. It runs smoothly and doesn't drop frames. I also run games like world of Warcraft on ultra and it stays about 80fps.
