If the LG TV has a HDMI port than yes (or dvi/vga)

Regarding the image quality, probably you will be wasting the power offered by the graphic card, for the price of this computer you can imagen the power of the GTX1080, I will suggest to have a dedicated 4k monitor with all the goodies, if that's not what you want to do, then probably the most reasonable thing is to get a pc with more moderate performance.
