QuestionHow to get any sound to play? If I use a headphone jack, it works, but nothing at all any other way Is there a simple way to get sound to come from this machine? Because I'm decently good with tech but this is baffling. No sound at all, only headphone

- Answer I don't know how to use HDMI port, I used VGC port but not good for game running. So I use DVI-2 port.

QuestionWas in North Dakota when I first got it, now I'm living in Guam. During shipping there was no damage or anything to the computer and it worked just fine before packing it up. But now it refuses to run boot sequence but still powers on. What does this mean

- Answer both the trace930 and bb930 will also use the asus gtx 1060-3g card as well as the msi gtx 1060-3g...they are the same card with very minor differances in speed.i think the asus is a bit faster,i have it in my bb930 system and it works great!

- Answer I just insalled a msi gtx 1080 with the 650w psu that the unit brings and I have no problems, If you are going to just install a gpu higher than the one you have and you already have various upgrades? its better to also upgrade your psu. atleast 650.

QuestionSo... I bought a new speaker system (with 5.1) because the specs said it was 5.1 to 7.1 compatible. When I try to get 5.1 sound, it won't work. I've purchased an upgraded sound card, but I don't feel like I should have to. Am I missing something?

- Answer Hi DaFreakster, The audio software is preinstalled into the system, if not, please download the audio driver. Once the audio software pops up, you can remap the back ports to become surround sound. It should be noted that the only place to utilize a mic port would be from the front ports.

QuestionI just got this pc a couple days ago and when i play minecraft or other games minecraft for now i put it on max fps it gets to 1000-1500 fps then the pc turns offf and also on 30 and 60 fps it does the same idk why its like this if any one knows tell me

QuestionDoes this PC support SSHD's? I was thinking of adding a 3TB SATA III Hard Drive 128MB cache or a 4TB SSHD. Or should I just get a 1TB SSD? I run multiple programs such as Pro Tools, Premiere Pro etc as well as games. What would be best?

- Answer Hi Joel, This pc does support SSHD. It all depends on the amount of storage that you will need is my suggestion, it would be best to replace the storage this pc comes with since most of the programs you are utilizing takes up a large amount of storage.
