“The sticker on the box and behind the pc do not match. The bestbuy associate said it was new but the tape did look questionable. Was I scammed?”

Hello there, We reuse boxes for some of our systems. The sticker you would want to look at is the one on the back of your system, not on the box. Hope this helps and please let us know if you have any other questions!

Please try again later.Probably, my PC came with the motherboard installed wrong so nothing could be plugged in and on top of that it didnt work anyways...the sticker on the back of mine says the company doesnt even test to see if things are installed properly after the build a pc... nice parts but bad service. I gave up a 2080 super with 3 fans and returned this pc because there is no quality control.
