So for a long time I was pretty much the only one in my friend group without a gaming PC. Decided to finally pull the trigger and build one but then this unit went on a flash sale for $1450. I was a bit worried about the quality of the pre-built as I’ve heard some harsh things from PC gaming loyalists but I decided to try it because it was too good of a deal and I saw some really promising reviews. Rest assured, this PC is awesome. The 2080 Super is an insanely powerful card and is essentially NVidea’s flagship card unless you want to spend over $1200 on the Ti. My unit seems to have come with an MSI Ventus OC. Temperatures are pretty good and I was able to overclock it a bit. I got very good benchmark scores with my unit and games run flawlessly. I’m able to get max settings on all of my games (such as Forza 7, Horizon 4, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, etc.) at 1440p with frame rates way over 60 (usually over 100). Look up performance videos on YouTube for the 2080 Super if you want specific numbers. The build quality is very nice. The tempered glass on the front and side feel very premium and the rest of the housing is nice. There is an air vent at the top of the system with a dust filter. If you wanted better airflow, you could probably install a couple more fans there. I’m thinking about doing that in the future. Everything came installed correctly and the wire management was surprisingly solid. The motherboard I got supports overclocking, the RAM is 3000MHz, and the SSD is reasonably fast. Windows boots up on about 5 seconds upon hitting the power button (at least it feels that short). There really aren’t many negatives but two things stand out to me. First is the WiFi card in the unit. It seems pretty fast and is usually stable, but every now and then I’ll get a ping spike when playing an online multiplayer game. Doesn’t happen much but it can interfere with an encounter or team fight. It could be my internet but this almost never happened when playing on my laptop. I can always install a new WiFi card so it’s not the end of the world. Other complaint is super minor but the RGB software from ASRock you have to use is pretty mediocre. It works and there are a decent amount of modes, but I wish there was a mode to make the rainbow effect only a few colors instead of all of them. Also, this really isn’t a complaint since I don’t use them but the mouse and Keyboard the unit comes with feel impressively cheap, especially the keyboard. I bought a Red Dragon mechanical keyboard with this as I was expecting this. Aside from the minor WiFi problems, I really don’t have any issues with this pre-built. It’s running everything just great and the aesthetics are very clean. I would highly recommend picking up an iBuyPower computer. While a lot of pre-builts cost more money than building yourselves, you can actually save quite a bit with one when you catch them on sale. If you’re not too picky with the hardware then don't let the stigma of buying a pre-built get to you. This is a very good value, especially when on sale!

Excellent Pre-Built High End Gaming Computer

-- I bought this computer specifically to play Doom Eternal -- my old DELL's Radeon 6700 couldn't even initiate the game. -- First of all, it was well packed with thick foam inserts and an internal shaped-foam pack ensconcing its innards--no loose parts/rattling whatsoever. -- Easy set up--basically just plug in the power cord/keyboard/mouse and screw on the 2 WiFi antennae. This GPU offers three (3) Display Ports and one (1) HDMI. -- Started up without issue--Windows booted in perhaps 20 seconds no doubt owing to the 512GB SSD. -- It's surprisingly quiet (even under load), I assume from the 4 large diameter fans and the liquid cooled CPU. --It's a quality case--heavy duty with large sturdy easily removable (thumb screw) glass panels, one on the left allowing a view of the motherboard/GPU/RAM/CPU (and its matching RGB color matched liquid cooler), as well as the color matched rear end fan-- There's also one glass pane on the front which showcases 3 large color matched fans. -- The color controller (software based--no remote) includes static/strobe/breathe/wave/cycle/random and music patterns--all with innumerable color choices and easily adjusted from the startup software. All the RGB elements display the same color (synced). -- The keyboard and mouse are also backlit with a slowly oscillating color scheme. The keyboard's kind of cheap but not too bad for a freebie--I'll invest in a programmable board in the near future. -- Most importantly, Doom Eternal runs butter smooth with all options maxed out at 2560 x 1440 resolution--graphics are fantastic! Same with Portal 2. Haven't tried any other games yet though I'm expecting similar results given its beast of an air-cooled GPU (NVIDIA RTX 2080). -- One minor niggling issue: No USB-C port--Naturally it has loads of standard USB ports, including 2 on the top front of the case as well as additional headphone and microphone jacks on top. -- Overall, an excellent buy, particularly at the currently $150 discounted price of $1599. Highly recommended.

For a while I've been saving up to buy a gaming PC. I always played games on the PC, but didn't really get into it until Nvidia came out with the GeForce 600 series back in 2012. My first gaming machine was the Lenvo y500 laptop that ran two gt 650 in sli. This machine was able to carry me for the next 4 years, but as games became technically more demanding, I had to upgrade. at that time, upgrading for me meant purchasing another gaming laptop that came with a gtx 1060 6gb version. The laptop was able to carry me for another few years until I realized that I was in need of another upgrade. Buying another gaming laptop was out of the question because of how costly it can get on the long run and how difficult it is to upgrade its components. So when the time came for an upgrade, I chose to build my own pc/look at prebuilt towers. I was lucky to have come across this desktop during the black friday sale. This thing is a beast! I am currently revisiting Far Cry 5 and playing the new Call of Duty MW on ultra with max settings...and WOOOOOOOO... this thing runs these games as smooth as maple syrup running down a tall stalk of hotcakes with Michael Bolton music playing in the background. YOU FEEL ME? Can I also say that this computer is also quiet? At the loudest, these fans sound like quiet whispers that tell me "it's okay friend keep gaming we'll keep this rig cool." Thank you iBuyPower for making such a great rig. I appreciate the RGB and the included liquid cooling system for the processor. This PC will last me for a while. The ONLY thing that I have to say about my experience with this product is that the webkey it came with would not work! I needed that to give ya'll a review and share my love. Other than that, many thanks!

I've had other computers (both Windows based PC's and Macs) but nothing I've ever used compares to the speed of this machine. I needed something more than a standard desktop to handle the graphic needs of X-Plane 11 and this system does it with ease. I thought when I ordered it that I would add RAM to it once I got it but it doesn't appear to be necessary. This system is consistently giving me 50-60fps in X-Plane with max settings and that is impressive. X-Plane is much more graphics intensive than most video games. I was afraid it would be loud with 4 cooling fans but you can hardly hear it at all. Did I mention that it's fast? It boots up cold in about 22 seconds and restarts in around 30.

This Rig is what I expected and then some. I bought the step down from this model first from Best Buy. I had a issue that the mother board was bad from the factory... But yet they test them before shipped out LOL.. then it was going to take 6 weeks to get it repaired from ibuypower or return it to best buy and buy another model, but it was on sale and it had ended! Best buy didn't want to accommodate me nor did they want to take anything off for the hassle or inconvenience for the 40 mile round trip nor gas nor anything off the price of this model . I needed a computer for my 8 year old for school and to keep her occupied while not doing school work she will be playing Mincraft or Roblox or World of Tanks. I had to spend a extra $316.00 more then the step down model . I would recommend this product but would rather see someone buy this product somewhere else . I've spent a ton of money purchasing from this company and im one of those that keep coming back. After this purchase i will consider going somewhere else in the future. Best buy doesn't want to seek keeping a good customer who spends money in there store's , they rather seek someone speending money on a cd or toy car in the front of the store! Buy from the direct ibuypower.com !!! This model is liquid cooled & air i was impressed versus the 2070 i7-900k

I have had this system for 3 months now. I've had zero issued and have played a decent amount of hours on high quality games with the graphics all maxed out and still pulling over 100 FPS at all times. I bought this because it was on sale for $1,449.00 and I couldn't beat the price buying everything separately. I wanted a gaming PC but was worried about building my own because of my lack on knowledge. After having this PC and upgrading all of the cheaper parts to what I would have gotten had I built my own I would have spent about the same amount either way. None the less this is a great and powerful PC for starters like me. I highly suggest this computer but upgrading the fans and adding and m.2 SSD is probably a good idea for better performance.

Everything was well put together, just wish my graphics card lit up. To complete the lighting in my new system. But everything is performing really well and the computer is quiet even when gaming heavily. I am very satisfied with this product! FYI: there are clips that are in the way of the USB's and you are going to have to take pull them out so you can plug in your USB's, So be mindful of this, you won't be able to plug in your usb's until you take the clips out. I read a review where the guy said they installed the motherboard incorrectly because he couldn't plug his usb in, that is not true. Cons: finger print magnet because of the glass exterior, buy yourself a nice microfiber towel!

If you're new to gaming or a veteran looking to upgrade from a cheaper PC into a newer one, this is one I am amazed at. The games run pretty smoothly at the highest quality settings such as Fortnight, Minecraft, League of Legends, Among Us and Rocket League. The fans are pretty quiet and it runs pretty smoothly. When watching videos, it's frame by frame and the sound is pretty clear, so there is no lag issues and the latency is pretty vivid, so the built in wireless Wi-Fi is amazing, even when streaming. You can easily have 2 monitors at the same time as well. Overall, I think it's a solid buy, you can upgrade it in the future if you'd like to! It's pretty nice to start off with, no complaints so far, I think it's a good PC to start off with and it's worth every penny.

This PC has been able to handle just about everything I’ve thrown at so far. Playing almost every game at 4K 60fps on high-ultra settings no problem. For those wondering about component brands, ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming Motherboard XPG 3000mhz RAM MSI RTX 2080 Super WD Blue SSD 500gb This computer also has a (gen3) nvme m.2. Put a 2tb Samsung 970 EVO Plus in and it has a read/write speed of 3500 mb/s!!! The 500gb included SSD filled up fast and mainly wanted to future proof since next gen consoles are also using nvme style SSDs. Ended up finding this on sale for $1599 right when the pandemic/quarantine started and couldn’t be any happier. Great build quality and good components inside, would recommend iBuyPower PCs to anybody wondering about them.

Great PC but poor wire management and storage bays

This PC is great, it will literally run anything I throw at it at very high settings. Arma 3, Squad, Insurgency: Sandstorm, Metro Exodus, Grand Theft Auto, Rising Storm 2 and everything else. It's a great overall PC for a great price. I purchased this PC on Cyber Monday for an even better price. I do have some issues with this PC however. To start, there is the absolutely horrendous wire management. I would expect from a professional PC building company to at least build the thing with precision and the ease of use for the consumer in mind. I am very disappointed with it to say the least. What if I wanted to install another hard drive? I can barely tell which wire from the other? Speaking of hard drives, where would I even put them? There is only one, tiny bay that holds the current HDD. I looked it up and people say you can simply place another hard drive on top?? It doesn't help that I will definitely have trouble installing another hard drive because of the awful wire arrangement (if I could call it that). You will definitely want another hard drive because 1TB won't cut it for most modern games as they keep getting larger in file. Other than that, it works as intended, but you might run into an issue upon first booting up your PC. The PC might tell you that windows failed to install or something around those lines. Here is a link of a thread with someone who had the same issue with it being answered in one of the replies, https://www.reddit.com/r/iBUYPOWER/comments/7v3syo/windows_installation_problems/ That worked for me at least. I'm not going to count it as a downside however because it is easily fixable but still should not have been an issue from the start. Other than those few gripes I have with this PC, I have had no other issues. I have noticed that it does get it a little loud at times. Maybe its because my room is very hot since I don't have air conditioning and the average temperature is about 80 degrees Fahrenheit. It tends to really start revving up when I play more heavy duty games.

First pre-built PC and I gotta say it runs extremely well. However, my top fan's RGB light has went out so I have to call them to replace it. And also they did not send me a remote to control the RGB lighting, however I did not buy this PC for the lights therefore it will not affect anything. Other than that, this PC is fantastic at a great price.

I have been playing video games on Ultra High with mods and ReShade on this PC for almost 2 months now and it has been great! No noticeable noise or heat. I got the MSI VENTUS GeForce model (dual fans) for my GPU and it's the best that I could hope for. I also DSR my game to 4K to play on a 2K 165Hz monitor and it works perfectly. What I also like is that the m.2 SSD slot is very accessible up front, making upgrades so much easier (2nd pic) for me. The motherboard that I have also has 2 additional 4-pin slots so I used one to add 2 more RGB strips because the default was a bit dim for certain colors (1st pic was before the minor upgrade and 2nd pic is after). The ASRock software to change the colors and frequencies of all the RGB is decent too. Lastly, both the included mouse and the keyboard have RGB and they're quite decent (not the best if you compare them to $100 gaming peripherals); I've been using them so far and they're good for non-competitive gaming. Overall, can't recommend this system enough. I was debating about building my own but I decided to get this one on Black Friday in the end because I can't pass on such a great saving!

Hello, This is my first prebuilt gaming pc that I bought from BestBuy / iBUYPOWER. I used to custom build computers for myself and other people. With that being said, I really do like the quality of the components used in system I bought. System fired right up and has been running very strong. I have only put one game on the computer (Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019) and it runs so good at max settings. I am glad I purchased this system and will share with anybody that is looking to get a gaming pc.

This rig is super fast and highly capable. It has more than enough juice to play those AAA titles and stay super quiet. I love how quickly it boots because of its SSD. There is plenty of storage but if you find yourself running low there is plenty of space to add more. I would highly recommend.

This is my first ever gaming pc and I'm so glad I chose this computer. Right out of the box this computer performed wonderfully. It feels amazing going from low detail visuals at 30fps to high/ultra at 120+ fps. My computer had all fans plugged in so I didn't need to go in and plug them in manually like some other people had to do. Aesthetically, this pc is beautiful. The case and rgb fans really make it good to look at, especially with the room lights off. The pc came downloaded with the rgb program and there are many options to choose from. Paired it with the Razer Ornata Chroma, Logitech G203 LIGHTSYNC, and the Acer - XF270H 27" LED FHD FreeSync Monitor which I also bought off Bestbuy and have had no issues. All ports seem to be working, the computer is easily upgradable when it comes to RAM and storage since there are 2 more ram slots and a few more storage slots. Having a HDD and SSD is useful as well, lots of storage. The included mouse and keyboard are nothing special but they are good enough backups in case your primary accessories go down. However, you can easily use them as your primary mouse and keyboard if needed. Overall this pc is all I could ever want and more. Only con I have is that its temporarily slow when coming back on from sleep mode but other than that its perfect!!

I got this powerhouse for $1,500 when they had a $300 off sale, and it was worth every penny, the only thing I didn’t like was the fan on the bottom wasn’t even plugged in, but it was a easy fix, just pop off the non-glass side and connect it just like legos. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a i7-9700k + RTX 2080 Super. (Also the website specs say the GPU Brand is Nvidia, it’s not, it’s a MSI as seen in the pics attached to this review)

Its been a week and this thing can handle everything being thrown at it! COD, GTA all the games on Steam as well as VR. Not stuttering, frame freeze or any other nonsense. Several times I see on the website that people were wondering if this has bluetooth and the answer is YES. Got this on sale for 1499 on black friday and it is worth every penny!

I am very happy with this gaming desktop so far. I did a lot of research before purchasing one and this was by far the best bang for my buck> i really like the case as well It is very aesthetically pleasing. Out of the box it was super easy to set up and I have not had any issues with it. The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars is because one of the LED fans is not working. I emailed IBUYPOWER's support and if they resolve the fan issue I would update this review to 5 stars. Everything should really work out of the box, especially when paying $1500 for something.
