• Yes you can add a ssd, you can also add a m.2 ssd unless the model of motherboard has changed, mine has ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4S motherboard.

• You can’t connect a second ssd because there isn’t any connection. You can replace a bigger ssd but you need to re-install the windows 10. Good luck.
