That's what they do....I got a nice 2080 super wind force with 3 fans and a bad asrock z390 rebrands motherboard that was installed wrong and faulty. If I exchanged it, there was no guarantee I'd get the same graphics card or that the motherboard would be installed properly so I wound up just returning it and going with another company that can at least install a motherboard properly and if I was going to lose out on the parts anyway, it doesnt matter. So basically I can get a nice 2080 super and you could get the cheapest available etc yet best buy diesnt mention this or anywhere on any of the pages that I saw...yet all the PCs sell for the same price, it's like a PC lottery.

Mine came with an improperly installed asrock z390 motherboard, and a nice gigabyte wind force 3 fan 2080 super but not only was the moba installed wrong, it was bad...so I had to return the PC and the next PC I wouldnt have gotten the same parts so since the build was so bad and there was no quality control I went to a different company and am going to spend more for better cooling but oh well.
