A:AnswerHello,
This is a complicated problem. Since you are using 3 different drives, there could be a compatibility issue, probably between the SATA SSD and the M.2 SSD, as typically a system only has 1 type of SSD installed, not both.
A:AnswerThere is software loaded that controls the RGB lights.
Open the application and turn on the back fan light.
If the fan is NOT WORKING along with the lights being off, then the fan needs to be replaced.
A:AnswerAre you referring to the ability to overclock the CPU, or are you referring to using a larger power supply unit?
power supply limitations are mostly size issues and not the amount of potential power a unit can produce.

Yes, eventually you will need to replace the cooler. However, you will not need to replace it for a while, as the cooler we use is brand new and should generally last you around 5 years. Thank you and please let us know if you have any other questions!
A:AnswerHard to tell in your pictures, but the I/O shield may not be fully attached to the case. It should pop in. I did not have this problem with my Bb973, but I did have a fan wiring problem that was easy to fix. I would first check with the Geek Squad and then Ibuypower. I believe there is a warranty and ibuypower has been around a while and is not a fly by night company. Good luck.
A:AnswerHello there,
Unfortunately, we cannot specify the brand that is used in system as our brands vary dependent on what we have on hand. However the brands range from major gaming companies such as MSI, ASUS, etc. Thank you!
A:AnswerHello,

A:Answeryou can get easy access to expansion slots for HDDs by removing the side panel (the non-glass one).
On the video card, it depends on what video card iBuypower slaped on the build. Mine has 2 fans, i saw the same build with 1 fan and another with 3 fans. You cannot choose them, unfortunately.
