Hard to tell in your pictures, but the I/O shield may not be fully attached to the case. It should pop in. I did not have this problem with my Bb973, but I did have a fan wiring problem that was easy to fix. I would first check with the Geek Squad and then Ibuypower. I believe there is a warranty and ibuypower has been around a while and is not a fly by night company. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Actually, the motherboard was installed incorrectly and appare ty they know about this problem, they also dont test their builds to even make sure they power on. I liked the 2080 super with 3 fans and the case was decent BUT while on the phone with their tech support he had me try to turn the PC on and it would turn on, no signal to monitor and the shut down and reboot after 15 seconds so they said the motherboard is bad and to return it to Best Buy. Which I am doing and getting another CyberPowerPC, the other of theirs I got has been great for 2 years, their accessories are well built unlike the plastic hollow ibuypower stuff, even though I have my own keyboard and mouse. I am going to miss the 3 fan 2080 super but I'm just going to add a bigger cooler and maybe an extra fan or 2 on the new PC from Best Buy. Looks like lots of people had the same problem as me, which means someone at Ibuypower doesnt know how to do their job and NO ONE is checking their work. It's sad that its just another company trying to keep cost down while pulling out as much minimal effort as possible. No one cares about their quality or reputation these days.
