Sadly I got lucky enough to get one with 3 fans...but the motherboard was installed wrong AND it was bad...so now I'm stuck with a basic cheap as possible 2080 super and having to spend a bunch of money on extra cooling.

On the video card, it depends on what video card iBuypower slaped on the build. Mine has 2 fans, i saw the same build with 1 fan and another with 3 fans. You cannot choose them, unfortunately.

Holy cow, I HOPE iBuypower is not so cavalier - right in Title of this affer, it proclaims it sports the latest top-end graphics card (fir gaming), the: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER, with 8Gb of VRAM. It's over half the value of the entire computer, and the most important thing buying this type PC. Best buy did a great service to offer this kind of power for a good price. Depending on where you look, the variations of the current generation 2080, at the top of the video cards now if you look it up, come at between $700 - $1000. You can check Amazon, or right here, buy copying the card and searching Best Buy. My guess is on such a sale the basic SUPER variant of the 2080 card is used, as advertised, and that has two fans. Plenty fast, and cool. Rather cavalier to miss the most important part of this PC LOL... That's be like advertising the 8-core/8-way 9700 CPU, and be indifferent if iBuyPower slapped in an ole i3 or i%, heh....
