• The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 graphics has a Display port 1.4 according to the specs on Nvidia. And the PC also has the required 3.0 USB port. https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/graphics-cards/rtx-2080-super/ So my answer would be YES

• Yes! Graphics card model itself may vary, but the 2080 is VR ready. Mine had 3 Display Ports, 1 HDMI & a usb c port.
