Ok, so I just picked this up 2 days ago. I was all excited to power this beast up. But to my disappointment, as soon as the power button was pressed, the back fan was making a very loud sound. And to make things worse, one of the RGB lights on the double fans inside is also not working. And there was like a deep scratch on the back fan. Makes me think that used parts were put on this build. My 8 year old iBuypower PC broke, and this was the new replacement for it. So technically, I'm a returning customer. I'm not going to sugar coat this, but I'm really disappointed. They definitely did not test this out before shipping it out. I'll edit this rating/review if they make this right.

I consider myself a casual gamer. I’ve played console for my entire life, but then I looked into pc gaming and found this gem. I play Destiny 2, WoW, Fortnite, Doom and many others. This rig can handle anything you throw at it. I’ve had this for about 2 months and the only thing I can complain about is the power cord. The power cord seems to fall out from the smallest of touches which kind of bothers me, but I’ll live. Not big on the LED light show it has cause I bought this for its performance. I’m not very educated on pc specs to get into detail, but it’s just mind blowing see how this rig works with a GSync monitor. This is a must have for anyone looking to really experience true gaming at such a ultra high quality. If your looking to get this kind of computer then I would recommend it to anyone. Seems like pc is really on the rise right now. So get yourself something that’s going to last you a while.

I ordered this back in January/February looking to upgrade from a PC with a GTX 1060. I decided to wait until I had experienced the computer for a while before reviewing it. This thing is very powerful for the price! I've pushed most all of my games to 4K at 60+ frames and haven't noticed any signs of lag, heating, or any other issues. The fans never have to kick up and I never feel any heat coming from the vents. Do note that I don't play all the intensive AAA titles out there, but what I have played hasn't even been a challenge for this PC. The device also has internal lights on the fans which can be controlled by included software that is pre-installed. There is also a remote that controls the lights on the outside of the case. I like to let them cycle slowly through the colors. There are actually 2 remotes that came with the unit and I'm not actually sure what it's for. Maybe for adding more lights in the future? The only thing I didn't like was the iBuyPower logo when I boot the computer. I Just prefer the Windows 10 logo and thankfully there was a bios option to swap them! Also before I go, the bios screen is full of different options such as overclocking the CPU and selecting fan speed profiles, to name a few. All in all, a great purchase and definitely recommend this to anyone looking to spend a little more on a better computer! This thing has not let me down yet and I haven't even tried the ray-tracing capabilities of the GPU yet!

Works great for multitasking and long gaming sessions. Had multiple issues with shipping including scratched case and dirty interior. Returned and new one had bent and out of place parts inside the case. Returned again and now this current one has heating issues reaching 90-95 degrees with the tempered glass on when gaming. Sent to the manufacturer to solve the issue. If you get a good version of this product you're in good standing for a good pc. Has great customer service for this brand.

I bought this PC a little over two weeks ago now, I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived early and perfectly intact. I was expecting to encounter at least one issue when setting everything up but it took all of 30 minutes (I wanted to thoroughly read the manual and setup instructions) and I was able to start gaming immediately. I play Rdr2, Gta V, Halo, WoW, etc. For games such as Rdr2, which is relatively new to PC and maybe a bit heavy to handle on an older PC, I had absolutely no problem running on the highest of settings.

I was in the market for a faster computer after 5 years so I was leaning towards gaming, yet practical components to handle a multi screen work load and this IBUYPOWER Trace T890 checked off most of the boxes especially the NVIDA graphics with the Intel I7/9700k with 240 SSD and 2TB. This machine is extremely quiet , fun and fast and multiple screens is not a must, but I always wanted the setup and the MSI 24" screens with 1ms 144hz combination did the trick especially with traditional work tasks and it has changed gaming even the older games. I am not a tech or big time PC gamer nor did I go directly to IBUYPOWER first, only until after other traditional choices, yet you pay a little more like this system and I believe you can still get an extra year or two above typical entry level setup. Best of luck and if decide the same, Best Buy really helped through the process and peace of mind if any issues.

Worked great, but it started artifacting after 2 weeks. There was pink horizontal lines on the screen caused by a faulty GPU, otherwise great value pc for gaming.

Handles 4k videos easily. Very quiet. Well constructed. Multiple screens are no problem and no strain for anything I have done. LED light remotes are novel and fun to experiment with. Well worth the price although I would have liked a backlit keyboard. I am not a gamer but my friend (who is a player) thinks this machine is a real beast.

First of all, I just wanted to state how disappointed I am in BestBuy, iBuyPower and myself for buying this product. First issue I had was shipping. The estimated shipping time was 2 week before I actually received the product. I couldn't get any answers from BestBuy or iBuyPower, and considering that the product arrived the day before I left for a three day trip is all luck on my part. I never received a shipping email like I was promised by a customer service rep, and I wonder why it took so long. Second issue I had was missing parts. My PC never came with an AC Power Cable, like was promised. I had to drive out 30 minutes, waste another 10 minutes in your store to buy an overpriced cable that I should not have needed to leave my house to get, and waste another 30 minutes coming home. This cost me an hour and a half of my day, and $16. The third issue I am currently having is what I'm guessing is a faulty PSU. The computer will randomly turn off when I am using it, making it impossible to do what I bought it for, gaming. I am aware that this could be the fault of a power cable or not enough wattage coming from the outlet, but I know both of these to be false because I bought ANOTHER AC Power Cable, and that has yet to keep the computer from turning off spontaneously. I also made sure that my outlets were giving off enough power, 2000 watts to be exact. So it definitely isn't one of those factors. Overall, I'm just very disappointed at this sad excuse of a "Gaming Desktop." I'm going BACK to the store again to see if there's anything I can do to fix this issue. If this isn't something that BestBuy can fix, I'll just refrain from making huge purchases at there store.

The best computer with a cool design! A little bulky but everything is awesome in it. The fans the lights and the performance are top notch!

Its a great pc, just could not get the Wi-Fi working at first the PC didn't know the Wi-Fi adapter was there so tryed this and that and finally got it working! (I reinstalled windows and unplugged the Wi-Fi adapter and blew on the cord then plugged it back in and then it worked lol for those who may want to know) Also they sent CDs for the drivers and it don't have a DVD / CD drive so could not use those had to get all my drivers from online lol. So maybe you guys should send like a little usb or something not useless CDs lol. Also never got my email for the free game so don't really know how to get it... So if someone at BestBuy could maybe resend it that would be great or respond to this. But overall a great PC and is now working great and is 100% worth the price!

This is my second Ibuypower PC I've owned. I've just recently gotten this current one set up so not much to talk about at the moment other than it looks great... I even talked my friend at work to pick up one as well. The first Ibuypower one i owned I never had a problem with and it ran everything I thru at it without a hitch. I purchased it thru their site. Went with BestBuy this time for the financing I was offered and the PC was on a sale too good to pass up. Very happy with both Ibuypower and Bestbuy

The pc is amazing and couldn't be happier with it, pretty easy to set up. The mouse they provided is great no complaints about it, but the keyboard the sent is very disappointing. The keys are almost sticky like and you really have to hit them hard to type. The space bar is the worst key as you almost have to mash it down for it to work.

I received the product really fast and the setup instruction were easy to follow.

This is the second unit of the same type we have purchased. The first one runs great. Unfortunately, the builders must have gone home for the day mid way through this build and didn't finish it the next. They forgot to connect most of the internal components. We first returned the product for service because the USB ports did not work. Looks like now they did not connect the HDD and it's only running one drive. First round returning for service wasted an entire day for a 5 minute fix. Service department was rude and unaccommodating. Unit, when its running, is good. Build team could use some Quality Control supervising!

Bought this for someone else. They are thrilled with it. It loads Skyrim Special Edition like it's nothing.

Best gaming pc I would recommend to start with easy to use great price

Ordered this computer during a BestBuy weekend sale on March 9. Staff was super helpful, and helped find this deal for me. I was given a ship date of March 27th. However unit was assembled and shipped by March 14th, which far exceeded my expectations. As did the system itself. The System is neatly built with a very open and clean configuration. As others have stated my build also consisted of a ASROCK MB, and a Asus RTX 2080. While the peripherals are stock and regular (no backlit keyboard etc.) its still a great deal, especially for the quality and care that seems to have been put into the manufacturing, not to mention the powerhouse the system has, so far, proven to be! Another plus of this system as compared to my previous unit i7 7th gen with 1080 gtx is its remarkably quiet. Although I haven't pushed the system to its limits (not sure if anything I do, could even come close), it handles the extra processing so far with out nearly a whisper. All around this is a great rig, with a clean well built construction. Well worth the purchase. I highly recommend this rig if you're considering a gaming computer.
