QuestionWhat brand of mother board is in this computer? And how many watt power supply is it?

- Answer Not sure exactly the version but the manufacturer told me it is an Asrock z390, (the latest version, don't know if it's the pro tho). The Power supply is 650 watts (again according to the folks at IBuyPower). You can call the support line for them directly and they can look up the components using the Best Buy SKU number. Just got the machine and it is a really solid build! Waiting for Best Buy to approve my review before it's posted, outlining more info. Just got it on Monday. Tons of upgradeability. Specs page says only 2 Dimm slots but there are 4 (standard). Comes with two 8 gig DDR4 DIMMs. Also, it DOES have Bluetooth installed, which is listed as "No" on Best Buy specs page FYI. Very solid build, decent components for a pre-built machine and for the cost. Fun to try the Ray Tracing tech in the latest Battlefield 5 game on Ultra settings (RTX 2080). The machine is a beast for the price with liquid cooling ta boot. You won't be disappointed.

- Answer There is a total of 4 RAM slots. The unit arrives with 2 (8gb) cards plugged in. This leaves you room to plug in two more RAM cards.

QuestionWhich kind of Asrock Z390 motherboard is it? I looked and couldn't find any that looked the same with black pciex16 lanes instead of silver. Please let me know if anyone knows. Thanks.

QuestionIn the photo it has a liquid cooling system but in the specs it doesnt say anything abt it being a liquid cool is it or not thats the only thing that is holding me back as of right now

- Answer The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 graphics has a Display port 1.4 according to the specs on Nvidia. And the PC also has the required 3.0 USB port. https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/graphics-cards/rtx-2080-super/ So my answer would be YES

QuestionI bought the BB953 for 1799.99 and now I think I should've got this for 180 more Mine has: I7 8700K 1TB SSD 2080 RTX 8GB ( even tho the description says 11GB) This model has better processor and better memory.... Why is mine only 180 less than this?

- Answer Hello, The difference between the processors is 1 generation between the 8700K and the 9700K, which is not a huge upgrade. The storage difference is also not that significant either, because storage is also inexpensive. To sum it up, the differences in parts between the two computers fits the price difference. The CPU difference should not be that noticeable, but if you are running out of storage, you can easily add more to your PC by buying additional HDDs or SSDs. Thank you for your question!

- Answer It has the RTX 2080 8gb. Mine came with an ASUS GPU, but I’ve noticed that the same iBuyPower models will sometimes come with different brands depending on exactly when it was built, but they will match the advertised specs.

QuestionIs it normal when it shuts down and makes a little click noise?. Also is the cpu fan suppose to stay lit up after shut down?

- Answer Mine always makes a little click sound when it shuts down, it seems to be normal. All my lights shut off when I shut down. Maybe check the bios for the fan led settings, I remember there being a setting there for them.
