Yes Best Buy DID NOT honor the "installation included" on the order form. They wanted an extra $200+ to install in my 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan. I ordered online and made an appointment at the Trumbull store for the "Included Installation". Upon arriving they refused to do the install at that appointment and wanted the extra money. The next available appointment was FIFTY day into the future! I spoke with the manager to no avail. I returned the remote starter for a refund. Very poor way to do business Best Buy!!!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had to buy a $20 add'l part for my 2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. They honored the 'installation included' that was on the product listing. I advise calling about a week or so before your installation date and ask if there's any add'l parts needed. They consult with your home store and will even order it for you over the phone. Then you're prompted to go to BB's site to pay. Super easy.
