“i have charged my ihome multiple times and since i got it only worked maybe a day i've charged it and everytime i take it off considering it being charged a whole day it shows me a red circle where the power button is it will start then turn blue then red”

Hello, when the button illuminates red it is an indication of an error. Most errors are maintenance related, typically the roller brush or side brushes.
