- Answer Hi Stephanie, The PowerMop feature is recommended for that extra level of clean after vacuuming your floor. The feature has three levels of water output, low/medium/high, allowing you to set the amount of moisture you prefer on your floor. The mop pads are reusable and machine washable.

QuestionMy vacuum is not moving anymore. The wheels both spin when it’s on its back, but not when I want it to clean. I’ve cleaned the sensors, dumped the bin, but nothing has helped.

Questioni have charged my ihome multiple times and since i got it only worked maybe a day i've charged it and everytime i take it off considering it being charged a whole day it shows me a red circle where the power button is it will start then turn blue then red

- Answer Hello, when the button illuminates red it is an indication of an error. Most errors are maintenance related, typically the roller brush or side brushes. QuestionDoes the plastic on top of the eclipe affect the mapping. Because the mapping looks blurd.
