Hi Jud, Please see below for a few troubleshooting tips. 1. You can reboot the unit by disconnecting it from the power source for 30 second and then reconnecting it. Wait about 2 minutes to make sure the unit fully reboots. 2. If the problem persists after step one you may reset the unit, you will need to press and hold the Alexa button for 10 seconds until you hear the voice prompt say resetting. Then you would need to do the setup again. If you still have an issue after that please visit ihome.com/support
