A: The yellow light indicates there is a pending notification (our product support Notifications). Simply say “Alexa, what are my notifications”. Alexa will read you notifications and THEN turn off the yellow light.
A: Yes. The iAVS16 display can be dimmed to seven brightness levels or turned completely OFF (allowing for complete darkness).
Q: How do I turn off or dim the top lights on the top ?
A: Press the snooze button and it will give you a bunch of different dim modes or off, this will also affect the screen.
Q: why does my ihome alarm clock say infinite on it?
A: Sleep mode is activated. Go into the iHome AVS App and change the Sleep duration to a number (in minutes). A quick fix is to press and hold the sleep button for 3 seconds to turn sleep OFF

Q: Does this alarm have a battery backup in case of power outage?
A: Nope. If the power goes out so does Alexa. And Alexa sets the time, weather and everything else.
Q: Can you charge your phone and watch at the same time.
A: The iAVS16 has one standard USB port in the back, but the iHome IPLWBT5BC has a docking station for your iPhone and an apple watch dock on the side so you can charge them simultaneously.
A: I had the same issue. I returned my device and got another one. The new device works like it is suppose too.
