I had the same issue. I returned my device and got another one. The new device works like it is suppose too.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.1. Turn "ON" airplane mode. Then re-enable wireless (Wi-Fi). 2. VPN users need to disable it to connect the Sensor. Once the sensor is connected restart the VPN. 3. Restart the router by disconnecting it from the power outlet for a few seconds (this will not change any of the settings). 4. When done REMEMBER to turn "OFF" airplane mode. Otherwise, you will not receive text or calls.
